Detox retreat 4 days in Limassol Cyprus with Athanasios Panagi


We organize these retreats with the goal of helping participants cultivate self-sufficiency and reconnect with their inner strength across all aspects of life. Our time together is designed to immerse participants in the practical application of spirituality in everyday life. Through shared practices like cooking, cleaning, and self-care, we create a setting that brings the essence of spirituality into daily routines, fostering an enduring sense of self-reliant health, inner love, and connection.

During the retreat, we explore a range of essential topics for holistic well-being, including physical and mental health awareness, spiritual nourishment, and techniques for emotional release. Each of these areas is approached through experiential learning, ensuring that participants gain a practical understanding they can carry into their own lives. To support continued growth beyond the retreat, we provide extensive resources, including written materials and recorded videos of the exercises covered in our sessions.

Programme:

Day 1:

  • Arrival and Set-up
  • 17:00 – Departure from the hotel to the center. Welcome with tea and a program overview.
  • 17:45 – Zhineng Qi Gong class followed by a relaxation meditation session.
  • 19:00 – Dinner and service at the center.
  • 20:30 – Evening discussion and relaxation.
  • 21:00 – Rest.


Day 2:

  • 06:15 – Start time.
  • 06:30 – Yoga class focusing on tension-releasing breath exercises.
  • 07:30 – Chakra meditation session.
  • 08:00 – Preparation of a detoxifying green juice.
  • 08:30 – Theory session on active-spiritual nutrition.
  • 09:00 – Breakfast with raw vegetables and sprouted seeds.
  • 10:00 – Time for service and rest.
  • 11:30 – Interactive session on active spiritual nutrition, followed by a cooking activity.
  • 13:00 – Meal service, digestion exercises, and relaxation.
  • 16:00 – Zhineng Qi Gong class, followed by a peace meditation.
  • 17:30 – Theory session on emotions and their function.
  • 18:00 – Preparation and service of a light dinner.
  • 20:00 – Relaxation exercises focused on digestion.
  • 21:00 – Rest.


Day 3:

  • 06:15 – Start time.
  • 06:30 – Yoga class followed by a self-healing meditation.
  • 07:30 – Tension-clearing breath exercises.
  • 08:00 – Preparation of a detoxifying green juice.
  • 08:30 – Theory session on protein and its benefits.
  • 09:00 – Breakfast with raw vegetables and sprouted seeds.
  • 10:00 – Time for service and rest.
  • 11:30 – Active spiritual nutrition followed by a cooking session.
  • 13:00 – Conjugation and digestion exercises, followed by rest.
  • 16:00 – Zhineng Qi Gong lesson, meditation to release emotional memory.

Day 4:

  • 06:15 – Start time.

  • 07:30 – Meditation for union with the higher self.
  • 08:00 – Preparation of detoxifying green juice.
  • 08:30 – Theory session on self-love and its importance.
  • 09:00 – Light breakfast with raw vegetables and seed sprouts.
  • 10:00 – Time for service and rest.
  • 11:30 – Active spiritual nutrition followed by a cooking session.
  • 13:00 – Service and digestion exercises.
  • 13:30 – Closing ceremony with a gratitude practice.
